Flourless Chocolate-Hazelnut Cookies Tutti Dolci



These Flourless Chocolate-Hazelnut Cookies are rich, fudgy, and irresistibly delicious. The combination of toasted hazelnuts and chocolate chips creates a delightful texture and flavor. Plus, they are gluten-free, making them a perfect treat for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and skins removed
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Pulse the hazelnuts in a food processor until they are very small

Put the salt, baking soda, cocoa powder, and sugar in the food processor

Use pulses to mix

Put the vanilla extract and egg white in the bowl

Add the water and mix it in until it forms a dough

Put the dough in a bowl, and then add the chocolate chips and mix them in

Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to drop heaps of dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared

Use the back of a spoon to gently press down on each mound

Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are set and a little cracked

Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way
