Air Fryer Fried Pickles

These Air Fryer Fried Pickles are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried pickles. They are crispy on the outside, tangy on the inside, and make for a perfect appetizer or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper

In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs

Dip each pickle slice into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere

Place the coated pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch each other

Air fry the pickles at 400F 200C for 6-8 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time

Remove the fried pickles from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving

Serve your Air Fryer Fried Pickles with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
