These Air Fryer French Fries with Garlic and Parmesan are crispy, tasty, and very simple to make. They are perfectly golden and crunchy without having to deep fry because of the air fryer. The garlic and Parmesan give them a great savory kick that makes them impossible to resist!
Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, washed and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 380F 190C
In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
Place the coated fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they're not overcrowded
Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the fries are golden brown and crispy
Remove the fries from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired
Serve hot and enjoy!
